As the hub of our administrative operations, you’ll lead a team of two Administrative Assistants to create an efficient, professional, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and leaders alike.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring a professional, organized, and welcoming workplace.
- Provide leadership and coordination for a team of two Administrative Assistants, ensuring workloads, priorities, and service levels are effectively managed.
- Support leaders and employees by coordinating administrative activities across the organization.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, executive visits, employee events, and special projects.
- Manage office facilities, vendors, supplies, equipment, and workplace services.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee and visitor experience.
- Leverage business systems and technology to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational effectiveness.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, helping build scalable processes that support business growth.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in office management, executive support, administration, or business operations.
- Experience leading or coordinating administrative staff.
- Strong systems aptitude, with experience improving processes, workflows, and administrative efficiency.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and drive positive change.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with business systems such as D365, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational, project coordination, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and exceptional service.
