As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the business and support the efficient delivery of our projects.
About the Role
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office to ensure efficiency and productivity. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating administrative staff, maintaining office procedures, supporting management, and ensuring a well-organized and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Supervise, train, and support administrative and support staff.
- Develop, implement, and review office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility management.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Manage and oversee office communications, including client enquiries, correspondence, and administrative support functions, ensuring the efficient operation of the office and the delivery of timely and professional service.
- Resolve administrative issues and implement improvements to office efficiency and business processes.
- Perform other office management and administrative duties as required by management.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Relevant qualification in Business, Management or a related discipline; or equivalent industry experience.
- At least two (2) years of relevant full-time experience in office administration or office management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and other business administration software.
- Ability to supervise staff and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
