The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Office Manager who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being the person who keeps a business running like clockwork.

This is far more than a typical administration role. You'll become the operational backbone of the business, working closely with the Directors to oversee office administration, accounts, purchasing, inventory, customer follow-up and business systems. If you enjoy ownership, autonomy and variety, this is the role for you.

You’ll suit this position if you've previously worked in heavy equipment, crushing & screening, truck, transport, industrial, manufacturing or another fast-paced operational business where accuracy, organisation and commercial awareness are second nature.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the day-to-day office operations and administration
  • Processing customer orders, invoicing and purchasing
  • Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Following up outstanding accounts using a professional customer service approach
  • Assisting with payroll through an automated ERP system
  • Managing inventory, stock movements and supplier deliveries
  • Supporting purchasing and imported products, including overseas currency transactions
  • Maintaining accurate records across Oracle, NetSuite and inventory systems
  • Coordinating with the external Accountant for BAS and statutory reporting
  • Providing executive support to the Directors while delegating tasks to the Personal Assistant where appropriate
  • Continuously improving office systems, processes and efficiencies

What We're Looking For

  • A self-motivated, hands‑on team player who takes ownership and thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
  • Strong Accounts Payable & Receivable experience
  • Purchasing and inventory administration experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong CRM and ERP system skills, with NetSuite or Oracle experience highly desirable.

Known for delivering quality equipment and outstanding customer service, they've built a strong reputation across Australia through long‑term customer relationships, technical expertise and a collaborative team culture.
