Architectural Office Manager - 450 Architects, San Francisco, CA We are a small creative architecture studio that works with forward thinking clients to design schools, libraries, homes, and more to support communities and healthy living environments. We are looking for a team member to support all aspects of office management. Position Description The main strengths that contribute to an office manager at our creative firm are confidence, adaptability and growth-mindset. The nature of our small office means that your role will grow quickly with long-term commitment. You will support the design staff and be an integral member to our team. Your immediate responsibilities will include: --- Marketing and Branding and Coordinating marketing materials including: RFP proposals & Partnership relationships for consultant teams Assisting in and/or managing website redesign and SEO Coordinating award submittals Managing social media accounts --- Business Development Assistance with search for new leads Assistance with developing and maintaining partnerships with clients and consultants --- Administrative Assist the firm's Founding Principal with day to day schedule, time sheets, and travel itinerary Regular QA / QC on file organization and record keeping Coordination with IT and software management Maintaining and organizing office supplies, including printer and finish materials library --- Accounting Assist with invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Support the firm's Principal, bookkeeper, and CPA --- Qualifications Bachelors degree Interest in architecture, graphic design, marketing, bookkeeping, and construction Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and verbal Interest in advocacy, the environment, and community building Desire for success and long-term personal and professional growth with the company Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) Knowledge of Quickbooks (cloud version) and Monograph Interest in working in all categories of the job description. Successful candidates must have excellent verbal and graphic communication skills, an ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members, enthusiasm for learning, and suggesting areas for systems improvement. Candidates should be located in the San Francisco Bay Area, and be prepared to travel to the office or job sites as required. At 32hr/week it is a hybrid remote position with 3 days per week in the office, 1 day remote.
