Key Responsibilities

• Manage office operations, facilities, and supplies

• Provide administrative support and coordinate internal activities
\n
• Maintain documents, contracts, and filing systems
\n
• Arrange business travel and support events/exhibitions
\n
• Liaise with vendors and manage office-related services
\n
• Handle reception, communication, and visitor coordination
\n
• Support health, safety, and compliance processes
\n

Requirements

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
\n
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in office administration or similar roles
\n
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a structured working style
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
\n
• Service-oriented mindset with a high level of discretion and reliability
\n
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and work independently
\n
• Proactive, solutions-driven team player
\n
