Office Admin Manager

Clearview Skylights is seeking an experienced and organised Admin Operation Manager to join our team in Wangara, WA. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of our office, providing exceptional administrative support to the wider team.

What you'll be doing

Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, utilising industry-leading scheduling software

Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or issues, proactively implementing solutions

Collaborating with our operational team, contractors, and stakeholders to align schedules and coordinate activities

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the office administration function

All administrative duties as required including internal sales administration and answering the phones

What we're looking for

Sales and customer service skills a must

Experience within the construction industry or similar is preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling challenges

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Ability to thrive under pressure , adapt to change and enjoy the satisfaction of achieving complex deadlines
