As our service continues to grow, we’re now seeking a motivated Occupational Health Advisor or Nurse to join our friendly clinical team.
Whether you’re an established OHA looking for your next step, or a registered nurse keen to specialise in occupational health, we’d love to hear from you. The role You’ll play a key part in promoting and protecting employee health and wellbeing, delivering high‑quality case management, health surveillance, and health promotion programmes. This is a varied and engaging role, one day you might be running a clinic at a local authority site, the next working remotely advising HR teams and managers on complex health cases.
Your responsibilities will include: Conducting health surveillance and fitness‑for‑work assessments Managing sickness absence and supporting return‑to‑work planning Advising on workplace health risks and collaborating with H&S teams Maintaining accurate, confidential records in line with professional standards Supporting wellbeing and health promotion initiatives Working closely with our Occupational Health Physicians and multidisciplinary team to deliver an outstanding service About you Registered Nurse (NMC) Relevant Occupational Health qualification or experience is desirable A natural communicator with strong clinical judgement and IT skills Committed to continuous professional development and high clinical standards What we offer Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Company pension and annual leave package Supportive, flexible working arrangements (hybrid and on‑site across South Wales) Ongoing CPD with study leave and professional development opportunities A collaborative, forward‑thinking team that genuinely values clinical excellence Join us in shaping the future of occupational health — where care, science, and workplace wellbeing come together.
