Summary Join CentraCare – Willmar as a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN in a close-knit rural practice serving Southwestern Minnesota. This full-time opportunity offers a flexible work week with a 1:4 home call schedule and the ability to tailor your practice to your clinical interests.

Work alongside more than 30 primary care colleagues in a highly collaborative environment supported by an experienced clinic and surgical team. With over 325 deliveries annually at Rice Memorial Hospital, physicians provide comprehensive women’s health services to an appreciative and loyal patient population. Schedule ​​ Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare – Plaza ​ 3-5 day work week with additional flexibility 1:4 home call schedule Pay and Benefits Salary range: $350,000 - $490,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.
