Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) About The Role Your clinical experience is more valuable than you think — beyond the bedside. We're looking for Nursing Informatics Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems designed for healthcare workflows, clinical documentation, and electronic health records. Your frontline nursing knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and supports real‑world clinical practice — making healthcare AI safer, smarter, and more useful for nurses and patients alike. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review and evaluate AI‑generated clinical content, documentation, and EHR‑related outputs for accuracy and real‑world applicability Apply your nursing expertise to assess whether AI responses reflect safe, evidence‑based clinical workflows Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or unsafe recommendations in AI outputs related to nursing practice Provide structured, detailed feedback that helps AI systems better understand clinical informatics and documentation needs Translate complex nursing workflow knowledge into clear, actionable evaluations Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in clinical informatics or health IT Hands‑on experience working with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing practice standards Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs against real‑world clinical expectations Detail‑oriented with clear written communication skills No prior AI experience required — your clinical knowledge is what matters Nice to Have Experience in clinical informatics, health IT implementation, or EHR optimization Background in data annotation, quality review, or evaluation systems Familiarity with interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) Informatics certification (e.g., ANCC RN‑BC in Nursing Informatics) Why Join Us Work on cutting‑edge AI projects with top healthcare and research organizations Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule, as much or as little as you want Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Contribute to meaningful work that improves AI for clinicians and patients worldwide Exposure to advanced large language models (LLMs) and how they're trained for healthcare Potential for ongoing work and contract extension #J-18808-Ljbffr
