Nursing Home Manager Location: Bradford Salary: £73,500 per annum (90,000 including performance related bonus) What's on Offer Salary of £73,500 per annum (Overall package 90k including bonus) Attractive bonus scheme linked to quality, staffing, and occupancy performance Strong operational and senior leadership support Opportunity to join a stable, values‑driven, family‑owned organisation The Role As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational and clinical performance of the service. You will ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance, with a focus on occupancy, staffing, and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the day‑to‑day management of the home Ensure delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care Maintain and improve CQC standards and compliance Manage budgets, staffing levels, and occupancy targets Develop and lead a high‑performing team Build effective relationships with local healthcare partners and stakeholders Candidate Requirements Proven experience managing a medium to large nursing home Track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and occupancy Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Clinical qualification (RGN/RMN) desirable, but not essential Stable career history with demonstrated longevity in previous roles This is not a turnaround role.
