What You’ll Do Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding childcare Drive quality and continuous improvement across the nursery Embed and champion our BeeCurious curriculum, ensuring rich, child‑led learning experiences Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted standards Manage budgets and resources effectively Build strong, positive relationships with families and staff Support staff development and wellbeing, helping your team grow About You Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ) Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare Ready to Lead With Busy Bees?
