Nursery Area Manager

Overview As our new Nursery Area Manager, you’ll be the glue that keeps our settings strong, smiling, and successful. Responsibilities Support, coach, and inspire Nursery Managers to deliver exceptional care and education. Ensure each nursery shines brightly, meeting and exceeding Ofsted and EYFS standards.

Monitor performance, quality, and compliance across the region. Lead on audits, action planning, and all things strategy. Be the go‑to for safeguarding, people development, and parent partnerships.

Travel regularly between sites – you’re never stuck behind a desk. Qualifications Experience leading multiple nursery settings. Qualified Early Years professional (Level 3 minimum).

Proven leadership across multiple nursery settings. Confident communicator, motivator and mentor. Dedication to quality, safety and creating warm, inspiring environments.
