We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a Medical Director capacity.

For candidates with an interest in aesthetic medicine, there is also optional opportunity for injectable training and cosmetic practice growth within the clinic. About the Role This position is centered around Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner responsibilities, providing clinical oversight, supporting medical compliance and standards, and contributing to patient care within a well-established and fast-paced clinic setting. For the right candidate, this role can also evolve to include medical aesthetics and injectables as an additional area of practice, though this is not required.

If the medical director would also like to inject , the candidate could attain a part-time schedule of approximately 2–3 shifts per week, this opportunity is designed to complement practitioners who may also wish to continue working in primary care, family medicine, or other areas of NP practice. What We Offer (Injectors) A respected and established clinic brand with strong patient demand Flexible part-time scheduling, block booked (all scheduling done by clinic) A high-end, well-supported clinical environment Administrative, operational, and marketing support provided In-room clinical assistance available during aesthetic shifts Opportunity to expand into injectables and cosmetic medicine , if desired Ongoing education and advanced training opportunities A collaborative, growth-oriented team culture The ability to diversify your scope of practice while maintaining flexibility Primary Responsibilities Act in a Medical Director / NP leadership capacity within the clinic Support and maintain clinical standards, patient safety, and best practices Participate in patient assessments, consultations, and treatment planning as needed Provide oversight and guidance within a private clinical setting Assist in maintaining compliance, professionalism, and quality of care across services Collaborate with leadership and clinic staff to support smooth day-to-day operations Optional Aesthetic Responsibilities (If Desired) Perform cosmetic consultations and full-face assessments Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers Develop tailored treatment plans for clients Educate patients on treatment expectations and aftercare Deliver an elevated, professional, and client-centered experience Qualifications Strong clinical judgment and professionalism Interest in leadership and private practice medicine Excellent communication and patient rapport Aesthetic experience is an asset, but not required Interest in injectables and aesthetic medicine is welcomed, with training available for the right candidate This role is centered around Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner oversight, while also offering the opportunity to grow your own specialty, niche, or area of practice within our clinics.
