Job Description
Join the Providence ExpressCare team as a full‑time nurse practitioner or physician associate. For a Mission based, community focused service, the clinics provide a work life balance with a 3‑day week schedule. ExpressCare serves as a critical access point for the organization, supporting overflow of patients from primary care, urgent care and emergency departments.
There is variety in its services which demand critical thinking and clinic‑based procedures. ExpressCare provides access to communities, both in person and virtually, while offering a predictable day of 30 twenty‑minute appointments in a 12‑hour period. The staffing model consists of a single provider and a medical assistant, with a support structure in place across the system.
The compensation package includes a potential productivity incentive. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, and should be able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Nurse practitioner/physician assistant candidates should be ready to respond to the needs of the local service area as they arise.

By building out a network for ambulatory care across Providence, the PCN offers ease, transparency, and lower costs.
