Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are currently seeking an energetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity at our fast-paced urgent care center in Buckeye. As an independent contractor, this role offers meaningful flexibility in scheduling, with approximately 12–14 shifts per month and consistent 10–12 hour shifts , allowing you to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Our compensation model includes opportunities for increased earnings based on productivity. Providers work alongside a highly experienced, dedicated clinical team with an average tenure of over 5 years—creating a stable, collaborative environment that supports both efficiency and quality patient care. At least 1 year of experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses Prescribe necessary medications and treatments Perform comprehensive physical examinations Develop and implement patient management plans Facilitate referrals to ancillary services (lab, radiology, etc.) Communicate with collaborating physicians and specialists Qualifications: NP or PA licensed in Arizona Previous experience in Urgent Care, Primary Care, or Emergency Medicine preferred Ability to build rapport quickly with patients Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong clinical judgment and leadership qualities Company Description Alliance Urgent Care is a friendly, family oriented company which offers flexible scheduling and a great work environment.
