Employed Average Patients seen: 12-15 Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: $135,000 - $145,000 base salary, depending on experience RVU incentives. We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a ommitment to evidence-based medicine, and comfort managing complex patients in a collegial, patient-centered environment. This clinician will provide consultation, treatment and/or co-management with the primary care team. Most time will be spent at the Springfield health center, with potential split time at other nearby sites.
