Overview The Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Gastroenterology provides comprehensive patient care under physician supervision at a clinic in Lubbock, TX. Responsibilities Evaluating and managing gastrointestinal and liver conditions Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests Prescribing treatments Educating patients on disease management and lifestyle modifications Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing Active Texas NP license National certification (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP) At least one year of NP experience, preferably in gastroenterology or internal medicine Schedule The position is scheduled for two days per week (8 hours each), with potential for additional shifts, requiring on-site presence.
