Nurse Practitioner – Family Medicine Location: Either choice of Bellflower, CA or Santa Ana, CA Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Pay: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour About the Role We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. You'll work closely with a Medical Director and clinical team to provide high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient interviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and treatments Provide continuity of care for chronic and long-term conditions Refer patients for specialty care as needed Perform annual physicals, health maintenance visits, and immunization evaluations Accurately document patient interactions in the EMR (preferably NextGen) Collaborate with physicians and care team in regular meetings Support the development of clinical practice guidelines Maintain professionalism while working with patients from diverse backgrounds Requirements 2+ years of experience in Family Medicine or Family Practice Certified in BLS and ACLS Fluent in English ; Spanish or medical Spanish strongly preferred Comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting Familiarity with EMR systems (NextGen preferred) Schedule Monday – Friday 8-hour shifts (typically 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Additional Info COVID-19 precautions in place: PPE, temperature checks, social distancing, virtual meetings, enhanced cleaning protocols Anticipated start date: Within 2–4 weeks #INDHCS #APP #clinician #J-18808-Ljbffr
