Overview Operating Room Nurse Manager RN — Location: Portland, OR | Shift: Day Shift | Salary: $155,000 - $210,000 + Signing Bonus + Performance Bonus + Full Benefits + Paid Relocation About The Role As the Operating Room Nurse Manager, you will be accountable for the overall management and leadership of the OR patient care units within Nursing Services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring all clinical and operational activities align with the hospital's mission, vision, and values. Your leadership will directly impact patient outcomes, staff development, and the overall efficiency of the operating room.
