Job Summary and Qualifications You will ensure high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. You will monitor and evaluate the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and hold staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
You will help create a superior clinical identity by operationalizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes. Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Preferred 1+ years applicable experience Required Current license as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Note: Eligibility for benefits may vary by location.
