This is a full-time, fully onsite position based in a busy bakery production environment, with realistic expectations around working nights and maintaining a visible presence on the production floor.

Description

• Lead and coordinate bakery operations throughout the night, maintaining production performance and operational standards.
• Supervise, support and motivate the shift team, promoting accountability, teamwork and a productive working environment.
• Monitor production output, product quality, safety and consistency across the shift.
• Address operational issues promptly and implement practical solutions to minimise disruption.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, food safety standards and quality-control requirements.
• Complete clear and accurate handovers to daytime management, sharing relevant production, staffing and operational information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
• Maintain a visible, hands‑on presence on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production supervision or management is required, ideally within bakery, food production or manufacturing.
