We are looking for Weekend Night Fill Manager/Duty Manager to join our team In Port Kennedy!
Position: Duty Manager / Night Fill Manager
Days: Saturday & Sunday (weekdays occasionally)
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to oversee store operations during night fill and support the team in a leadership capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage night fill operations and team performance
Ensure shelves are well-stocked and presented
Maintain store standards, safety, and efficiency
Act as Duty Manager during shifts
What We’re Looking For:
Previous retail or supermarket experience (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and reliable
Due to the volume of applicants only successful applicants will be contacted.The successful candidate will have previous management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a successful national police clearance.
