Le Meas Executive Search is thrilled to partner with a fast-growing leader in the aviation industry to appoint a talented Accountant to join their high-performing finance function.

The Role
Reporting directly to the VP Finance, you’ll take a hands‑on role in assisting with managing key accounting processes and supporting the commercial and strategic activities of the finance team. You will review client agreements, determine appropriate accounting treatment, and ensure financial accuracy across multiple entities.
This role is ideal for a newly qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) looking to transition from practice into industry, seeking to broaden their exposure in a dynamic aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the trial balance and general ledger integrity
- Preparation and posting of accounting journals and transactions in line with deadlines
- Preparation of management accounts and key financial analysis
- End-to-end preparation of statutory financial statements, including audit coordination and liaison with auditors/advisors
- Commercial review of client agreements and assessment of appropriate accounting treatment
About You
- Experience in practice or industry; aviation/aircraft leasing experience is an advantage, but not necessary as training will be provided
- Strong technical accounting skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and proactive, with a collaborative and professional approach
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
