Network Telecommunications Manager/Engineer w/ VOIP (Austin)

Hello, Position: Telecommunications Manager 2 Location: Austin, TX 78752 (Hybrid) Provide leadership and oversight of Network Services operations, including WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security platforms Support ongoing and planned initiatives, including: SD-WAN implementation and optimization Network monitoring and observability tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, AppDynamics) Security integrations (e.g., Secure Workload, NGFW, identity services) Participate in change management processes and ensure proper documentation and approvals Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center, Telecom, and Security teams to support cross-functional initiatives Candidate Skills and Qualifications: 7 - Required - Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience performing supervisory/management work including providing clear direction to subordinates; promoting teamwork and motivating others to accomplish goals. 7 - Preferred - Minimum of seven (7) years’ of experience with administration, maintenance, and design of Cisco VoIP solutions is required. 5 - Preferred - Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing a networking team in a highly complex environment. 5 - Preferred - Experienced with implementation and support of 24x7x365 network, voice, and video environment. --- Thanks
