Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day network support operations and service delivery Manage ticket queues, SLAs, escalations, and vendor coordination Oversee incident, problem, and change management (ITIL) Assign resources and deliver minor network/infrastructure projects Requirements 8+ years enterprise network experience (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs) 5+ years leading technical support teams Strong ITIL/service management background Experience in large‑scale, high‑availability environments On‑site role; must support varied shifts Pay Rate: $99k - $140k #J-18808-Ljbffr
