About the Role

We are looking for a Network Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain high-performance, low-latency networks across our data centers, colocation facilities, and office environments.

You will work closely with Systems, Infrastructure, and Trading teams to ensure network reliability, security, and performance in a demanding production environment. The role offers an opportunity to work on sophisticated networking infrastructure where performance, resilience, and automation are critical.

What You'll Do

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance, availability, and reliability.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS solutions.
• Provide hands-on network support for production environments, including colocation, trading, office, and data center infrastructure.
• Develop and implement network automation to deploy and update configurations across multiple infrastructure devices.
• Administer and support firewall environments, including security policies and configurations.
• Plan and execute network equipment upgrades and firmware updates.
• Provide hands-on technical support for Linux systems and networking in live production and trading environments.
• Troubleshoot networking issues across Linux-based servers and infrastructure.
• Work with multicast networking, including PIM, IGMP, and related protocols.
• Support Linux server infrastructure, including hardware changes, software installations, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure and trading teams to deliver reliable, low-latency network solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–7 years of relevant experience in network engineering or infrastructure.
• CCNP certification preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with routing and switching, including VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, VTP, STP, EtherChannel, Layer 3 networking, BGP, static routing, and dynamic routing protocols.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls and network security.
• Experience with IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, and Site-to-Site VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls such as Cisco ASA and Palo Alto.
• Good understanding of Linux networking and administration.
• Working knowledge of Shell and/or Python scripting.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools; exposure to financial or trading environments is a plus.
• Exposure to AWS/cloud networking is an advantage.
• Ability to configure and support server hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure production environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
