Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Night Shifts Location: Dallas, TX Shift Type: 12- and 24-hour shifts We are looking for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional care to neonates in the Metro Dallas area . Diverse and fast-paced environment Manage 8-10 patients per day shift and 20-30 patients per night shift in a Level 3 & Level 4 NICU . Engage in critical care procedures Attend high-risk deliveries and perform specialized neonatal procedures. Flexible scheduling 72 weekend hours required in a 6-week period, including Friday nights through Monday morning. No on-call responsibilities Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule. Advanced technology & resources Work with EPIC EMR and receive training from some of the best in the field. Qualifications: Board Certified NNP (or APRN with authorization in Family, Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, PMHNP, or Women's Health) 3+ years of Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience (as an RN and/or NP) Must reside within 1.5 hours of Dallas (Relocation assistance available) Texas license (or willingness to obtain) BLS & NRP certification (or willingness to obtain) COVID vaccination required Clean malpractice and license history Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: based on experience Sign-on Bonus Relocation assistance (if relocating 100+ miles from Dallas) Comprehensive benefits package , including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Flexible spending accounts And more!
