Permanent Nurse Practitioner Neonatology Position Type : Permanent Specialty : Physician - Neonatology Location : Nevada Rate : $14K Permanent Placement Fee Shift : Rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends) Position Details: Patient Population: Neonatal / NICU Setting: Level III NICUs across four hospital sites Responsibilities: Provide advanced neonatal care, manage NICU admissions, perform high-acuity interventions, participate in neonatal transport, stabilize critically ill neonates, collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists, rotate across multiple NICUs, support families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives Required Procedures: High-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillator), inhaled nitric oxide therapy, total body cooling for HIE, neonatal stabilization and transport EMR System: Support Staff: 16 neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners with multidisciplinary NICU teams Days Per Month: Full-time rotating schedule On-Call/Weekends: Rotating weekends and shared neonatal transport/on-call coverage Submission Requirements: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Nevada license or willingness to obtain Clean malpractice and license history DEA certification (prior to start) CSR/CDS certification (prior to start) NPDB self-query within 30 days Master s degree in Nursing or related field Visa candidates not accepted Join us today!
