Seaford Pharmaceuticals is a proud Canadian company founded in 1991 by the Seales family, dedicated to developing and marketing specialty healthcare solutions to Canadians and abroad. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented National Sales Manager to lead our national sales operations and execute the Sales Team’s component of the corporate marketing strategy. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for achieving designated corporate revenue targets, developing new sales channels, and leading a high-performing sales team across Canada.

You will play a critical role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong background in pharmaceutical sales management. This is an in-office role located at our office in Mississauga.

This posting is for an existing vacancy. The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000 annually. This role also offers a competitive bonus structure.

Responsibilities 1. Sales Leadership & Team Management * Lead, coach, mentor, and manage the national sales team to achieve performance objectives and revenue targets * Meet sales productivity targets for reach, frequency, and focus * Develop and implement sales force expansion plans to improve physician and customer coverage across all regions * Design and implement sales incentive and performance evaluation programs * Implement and oversee training programs focused on product knowledge and selling skills * Support territory coverage and fill vacant territories as needed * Manage lunch-and-learn and physician engagement programs * Onboard and train new sales representatives 2. Sales Strategy Execution * Execute the national selling strategy in alignment with the corporate marketing plan * Collaborate with Marketing to implement effective product sample distribution programs * Implement physician detailing cycles for the sales team * Establish and support national CME programs across all product categories * Ensure consistent execution of sales initiatives across all regions 3.

Channel & Key Account Management * Develop new sales leads and channels to support revenue growth * Manage and strengthen key customer and strategic account relationships * Achieve national distribution targets * Evaluate and implement regional sales programs to maximize market coverage across: ** Government ** Retail ** Hospitals ** Chain accounts ** Physician audiences 4. Sales Analysis & Forecasting * Monitor year-to-date sales performance against targets and budgets * Prepare rolling three-month sales forecasts * Analyze sales performance trends and recommend strategic adjustments where needed * Implement measurement tools to assess sales force effectiveness and budget achievement * Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Senior Leadership to support business objectives Qualifications and Experience Education and Experience * B.Sc. degree * 5-10 years pharmaceutical territory management experience * 5+ years’ regional management experience Skills * Strong leadership and team management skills * Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets * Excellent coaching, mentoring, and sales training abilities * Strong strategic planning and territory management skills * Ability to analyze sales data, forecasts, and market trends to support business decisions * Strong relationship-building and key account management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Senior Leadership * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales incentive and performance programs * Strong presentation and physician engagement skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information professionally If you are the successful candidate, this Company can offer you learning / growth opportunities and the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals.
