About the Role

Air Liquide Healthcare (ALH) is seeking a National Operations Manager to lead and optimize our national Homecare program operations, fleet logistics, and operational reporting.

In this critical leadership position, you will provide guidance and oversight across State Homecare teams to ensure continuous, safe, reliable, and cost-effective service delivery to our patients and stakeholders nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

State Operations Guidance: Support State Homecare logistics and operational teams to drive safe, continuous, efficient, and regulatory‑compliant service delivery.

Fleet & Asset Management: Oversee the national cylinder fleet (counts, utilization, depot distribution) and decommissioned assets. Coordinate corporate vehicle leasing, quotes, and approvals with our Fleet Management providers.

Vendor & System Logistics: Partner with external technology and vendor platforms (e.g., Radaro) to optimize delivery routing, job tracking, spare parts/repairs requests, and operational reporting.

KPIs & Performance Analytics: Build, monitor, and present key operational and logistical KPIs using Power BI, Google Suite, and internal platforms for executive and Group-level reporting.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain operational training resources, facility manuals, and AODocs compliance documentation in alignment with technical field and regulatory standards.

What We Are Looking For

Proven Operations Leadership: Demonstrated experience in a national or state‑wide operations management role, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, logistics, or field services.

Fleet & Logistics Expertise: Technical comfort with supply chain dynamics, cylinder fleet management, vendor coordination, and vehicle fleet management.

Strong Data & Tech Skills: Proficiency in constructing and analyzing dashboards using Power BI, Google Workspace, and operational tracking software (e.g., Radaro).

Regulatory Focus: Deep commitment to safety, compliance, continuous improvement, and strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.

Exceptional Communication: Strong leadership skills to effectively guide state‑based teams and manage multi‑level stakeholder relationships.
