About Our Role

Due to ongoing growth and an expanding project portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Newcastle team. You'll deliver civil infrastructure projects across sectors including water, energy, resources, industrial and defence.

As a key member of our growing team, you will combine strong technical design skills with project delivery responsibilities, while mentoring junior engineers and supporting client relationships. Backed by a collaborative national network and a diverse range of projects, this role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise, broaden your market exposure and play a pivotal role in shaping our civil capability in New South Wales.

About You

  • Qualification in Civil Engineering
  • 7+ years' experience within an engineering environment
  • CPEng status (or close to obtaining)
  • Experience in the planning, design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects
  • Experience in roads, drainage, stormwater, transport infrastructure and/or urban development
  • Ability to mentor and develop Graduate Engineers and Designers, further expanding our team capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and build strong client relationships
  • Ability to pro-actively and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
