As a National Account Manager, youâll take the lead in managing and growing multi-million-dollar national accounts while hunting for new business opportunities. Youâll serve as a trusted partner to customers, delivering exceptional service and value-driven solutions.
This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across our organization, requiring strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels. The position requires a selfâmotivated individual who can work independently to drive sales within the geographic territory via a growth mindset. You must reside near the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area.
What Youâll Do Represent ITW FEG brands within assigned national accounts and across new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and longâterm growth. Identify market trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities to exceed sales and profitability goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocateâhelping clients achieve success through ITW FEG solutions. Leverage valueâbased selling techniques and strong negotiation skills to close complex deals. Collaborate crossâfunctionally with internal teamsâincluding product development, service, and operationsâto deliver seamless customer experiences.
Lead strategic business reviews and communicate account performance to key stakeholders. Become an expert on ITW FEGâs full range of product lines and their applications. Utilize CRM tools and dataâdriven insights to manage your sales process and pipeline effectively.
What You Bring Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven success in sales and account management, ideally within food equipment or food retail industries. Experience managing large national accounts and complex relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisionâmakers. Strong organizational and timeâmanagement skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Compensation Information The compensation package for the role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $106,000 â $153,000 and is also eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan with a 40% target and a company car.
