Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer & Artist role based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will create motion graphics and animated assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and marketing videos. Day-to-day work includes conceptualizing visual ideas, designing storyboards, producing animations, and collaborating with the marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals.

The Motion Graphic Designer & Artist will also edit video content, refine graphics for different platforms, and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables. The role involves managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and contributing creative input to improve overall visual communication.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animated content.

Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including basic editing, compositing, and preparing files for multiple digital platforms.

Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for developing visual assets, layouts, and illustrations aligned with brand guidelines.

Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or equivalent software).

Candidates should demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and visual design work.

Candidates should have good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback effectively.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage timelines in a fast-paced creative environment.

A diploma or degree in Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
