Motion Designer - AI & Product Marketing

At RetronAI, we're building the next generation of AI-powered software development.

We're looking for a Motion Designer who can help bring our products and brand to life through exceptional visuals and motion.

If you enjoy creating product launch videos, social media content, product demos, and marketing creatives that simplify complex technology, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Create product launch videos and promotional campaigns
• Design social media creatives (both static and motion)
• Produce product demos and feature announcement videos
• Design marketing assets for our website and digital campaigns
• Create motion graphics, animations, and promotional visuals
• Work closely with the founder to build the RetronAI brand

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design and visual storytelling
• Experience with Adobe After Effects
• Experience with Figma
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition
• Ability to create both static and motion marketing assets
• Excellent attention to detail

Bonus

• Experience working with SaaS, AI, or technology companies
• Experience creating product marketing videos
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Veo, Flow, Runway, Midjourney, Kling, or similar
