Position Overview
- Maintenance of the Molding tools is in good condition.
- Ensuring zero tool downtime in production
Main Responsibilities
- Debugging mold tools to meet the drawing requirements.
- Review the daily performance of the tool along with production team.
- Detection of tool faults, repair and maintenance of tools.
- Understands the design Interpretation and the design modification Skills.
- Making tool modifications to meet the consistent quality.
- Preventative maintenance on the mold tools as per the number of shots defined.
- Documentation management like Tool history.
- Spares management.
- Maintaining good 5S.
Job Requirements & Qualification
- Grade 11 Education
- 3 years tool workshop experience
- Forklift truck driving license
- Fire safety qualification
- Crane driving license
