Mobility Engineer

Senior Mobility Engineer (iOS) – Remote Contract Location: India (Remote, supporting US hours) Experience: 7–10 years Compensation: 13 LPA Engagement: Contract | 1 Opening Shift: 3 PM – 12 AM IST (aligning with US EST/CST hours) Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Mobility Engineer (iOS) to support enterprise mobility operations for a US‑based environment. This role requires deep expertise in iOS device management, US wireless carriers, and stakeholder‑level support. Key Responsibilities Manage enterprise mobility operations for iOS devices.

Work with US wireless carrier portals (AT&T, Verizon, T‑Mobile). Provide stakeholder‑level support, including eVIP staff. Handle ServiceNow tickets, project schedules, and reporting.

Document requirements, meeting notes, UAT, and process flows. Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project status, risks, and resolutions. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and end‑users.

Must‑Have Skills US Wireless Carrier Experience: AT&T, Verizon, T‑Mobile (carrier portals). Enterprise Mobility Engineering: 5–7 years supporting iOS devices in large enterprises. Tools & Platforms: ServiceNow, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), O365, JIRA, MS Teams, MS Project/Smartsheet.

Operational Management: Strong prioritization, problem‑solving, and follow‑up skills. Communication: Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills. Preferred Skills Tangoe Mobile experience.

Strong documentation and UAT process knowledge. Active listening, team collaboration, and flexibility.
