Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health degree, with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be attained within one year of employment. Maintain current certification throughout your tenure. Desired Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare teams.
