Position: MIS Analyst Experience: 4–8 Years Location: Noida Key Responsibilities ✔ Design and maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards ✔ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business reports ✔ Analyze sales funnels, forecasting, and performance trends ✔ Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency across systems ✔ Automate recurring reports and improve reporting workflows ✔ Collaborate with Sales and leadership teams for insights and ad-hoc analysis ✔ Build dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio ✔ Support CRM and MIS integrations for better business visibility What We’re Looking For ✅ 4–8 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or analytics roles ✅ Strong expertise in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Formulas, etc.) ✅ Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools ✅ Knowledge of SQL and CRM platforms is an added advantage ✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
