Were partnering with a busy, member-focused organisation in Dublin 6 thats looking for anIT Project Support Administratorto play a key role in both IT support and ongoing digital transformation projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys supporting users day-to-day, and wants to get involved in Microsoft Dynamics and wider IT project delivery.

Youll be at the heart of the organisations IT functionsupporting members and staff, while also contributing to important systems and project work. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the membership database and online portal Support and help drive the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics Provide first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues Administer and support the travel and expense system Track and manage Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform licensing Maintain accurate records of licence usage and allocation Act as a go-to support contact, ensuring a positive user experience for all members Experience Required: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar IT support / systems role Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Experience supporting cloud-based telephone systems A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills Desirable Experience: Exposure to project management or project support Understanding of Microsoft ecosystems and continuous improvement cycles Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, particularly Dynamics 365 modules (e.g. Customer Insights) Full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Mia Craddock or email If you are interested in finding out more about the above role and would like to be considered for other suitable roles that we may have available for your skill set please attach your CV via the link provided Please submit your updated CV in Word Format.
