Metrology Technician - Ireland, Westport - Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Located near Westport, our global pharmaceutical client is seeking a Metrology Technician to support their state of the art manufacturing facility. What you’ll deliver:

• To provide analytical support for moulded component batch release as and when required.


• To create and review Metrology reports as required in support of moulded component batch release and engineering study development.


• To maintain & troubleshoot measurement systems to ensure their continued optimum performance.


• Contentious improvement of metrology systems and processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.


• To conduct statistical analysis on measurement results generated from the dimensional inspection of samples from moulding runs for new product introductions and replacement tools.

Experience required:

• A minimum of an Ordinary Degree (Level 7) in Engineering or relateddiscipline is required.


• Extensive experience as a Metrology Technician or similar in combination products or a highly regulated industry.
