Senior MEP Project Manager - Data Centre Project, Northeast Germany - Competitive Salary & Benefits Package
\nWe're lookin for a Senior MEP Project Manager to join one of our clients on a flagship data centre project in Brandenburg, Germany.
\nOur client is a well-established engineering and construction specialist with long-standing relationships across the data centre and mission-critical sectors.
\nThey are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to take ownership of the mechanical and electrical delivery on a major project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
\nFollowing successful completion of the project, there will be opportunities to continue onto a range of future projects across Germany and Europe.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead MEP delivery throughout the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to handover. \n
- Manage project execution plans, programmes, budgets, and key deliverables. \n
- Oversee cost control, forecasting, risk management, and commercial performance. \n
- Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. \n
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and promote a high-performance culture. \n
- Ensure compliance with all HSE, quality, and project-specific requirements. \n
- Review engineering deliverables, installation methodologies, commissioning activities, and handover processes. \n
- Support the successful coordination and integration of all building services systems. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Proven experience as a Senior MEP Project Manager or MEP Project Manager on large-scale construction projects. \n
- Strong data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, or advanced manufacturing experience. \n
- Experience managing significant MEP packages (€20M+ preferred). \n
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services. \n
- Excellent leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Relevant engineering or construction qualification. \n
- Fluent English required; German language skills are advantageous but not essential. \n
