Key Responsibilities Project planning and management: develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for MEP systems. Design coordination: collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to integrate MEP systems and review, approve designs, specifications, and drawings.

Contractor/Subcontractor selection: participate in the overall CM selection process with focus on MEP and commissioning capabilities, lead MEP trade award meetings. Construction oversight: supervise MEP installations, conduct site inspections, and ensure work complies with project requirements and quality standards. IT/AV/Surveillance: lead overall design, coordination, and implementation of the project IT/AV/Surveillance systems; work with integrators to ensure seamless installation.

Budget and cost control: manage project budgets, track costs, and identify areas for cost savings or value engineering. Risk and issue management: identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical and logistical issues as they arise. Stakeholder communication: facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including engineering, contractors, and internal teams.

Compliance and safety: ensure all MEP work complies with current/building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations. Commissioning and handover: oversee system testing, commissioning, and final turnover to the operations team, ensuring all systems perform as designed and documentation is received. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field is required.

Experience: Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager or in a similar role is essential. Technical knowledge: In‑depth knowledge of MEP systems, design principles, and construction processes. Software proficiency: experience with project‑management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is beneficial.

Skills: strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills are critical. Salary Starting at $125,000 annually, based on experience.
