Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Location: Manchester Pay Rates: Negotiable Our highly respected client is currently recruiting Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to work at a new mental‑health centre in Manchester. There are excellent opportunities for RMNs seeking flexible agency work with competitive pay rates across days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will deliver compassionate, recovery‑focused mental health care to patients in a variety of outpatient and community settings. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, effective, and therapeutic delivery of care while working within multi‑disciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities of the Mental Health Nurse: Assessing, planning, and delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients with complex mental health needs. Administering medication and monitoring treatment in line with clinical guidelines. Supporting recovery‑focused care plans that promote independence and wellbeing. Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies. Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date clinical documentation in line with NMC standards.

Requirements of the Mental Health Nurse: Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN). Previous experience working in inpatient or community mental health services. Strong communication, clinical, and risk assessment skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
