Job Description
Overview Our client is an innovator in the private healthcare space, based in East Lothian. They are currently looking to welcome a professional and experienced General Practice Receptionist and Concierge to their team at a time they are seeing sensational growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to all inbound membership enquiries, guiding prospective members from initial conversation through to sign-up Deliver consultative, relationship-led conversations with prospective members via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings Create a seamless and professional onboarding experience for new members Build, nurture, and manage a strong pipeline of prospective members through thoughtful and consistent follow‑up Work closely with the founders to refine the membership offering and sales approach, using insights gathered from member conversations Support the development and optimisation of sales processes, CRM workflows, and reporting as the clinic grows Represent the Health Clinic with professionalism, warmth, empathy, and integrity at every touchpoint Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation activity with sales performance and member acquisition goals Provide regular reporting on pipeline activity, conversion performance, and member feedback About you You have experience in consultative, relationship-focused sales, ideally within healthcare, wellness, recruitment, or another service-led environment You are empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable discussing sensitive topics relating to health and family wellbeing You enjoy working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and are excited by the opportunity to help build a business from the ground up You are highly organised, self-motivated, and confident managing your own sales pipeline independently You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable style You are comfortable using CRM systems; experience with HubSpot would be beneficial but is not essential You are adaptable, resilient, and proactive — someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and thrives in an evolving start‑up environment You are commercially driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
