Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years. • 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred. • 6 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required within the last 3 years.

Requirements: • Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Required Credentials: Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam required during onboarding. Two attempts are allowed. Pass/fail SIMs Lab on day 1 of orientation for Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Psychiatric experience preferred. Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Unit Details: Inpatient Med-Surg/Telemetry unit with a behavioral health component; not a psych unit. Specializes in medical patients with secondary psychiatric diagnoses, including confused patients, dementia, and low cognitive ability.

Behavior health tech support; patients are video monitored by security on the unit. Rare physical restraints; chemical restraints may be used. Special Requests: Travel Teams must have their own vehicles Shift & Scheduling: 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks.

Holidays worked in permanent staff rotation. Floating Requirements: ED psych holds, possibly to Med-Surg floors. xkmhxrz ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at.

A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they’ll be reporting to. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1.
