Medical Sales Representative – $100-150K+ First Year | Top Reps $400K+ Are you a driven, high-performing sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? We are a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our elite sales team. This is a high-impact, high-reward role selling medical equipment into hospitals, health systems, and specialty physicians.

What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate key accounts. Present and sell a portfolio of medical equipment with strong clinical and economic value propositions. Build long-term relationships with stakeholders, administrators, and clinical staff.

Provide consultative selling with a solutions-based approach. 2+ years of successful sales experience , with a proven ability to sell into complex accounts. Strong understanding of the healthcare sales cycle and ability to navigate multiple decision-makers. Proven track record of exceeding quotas , winning awards, or ranking in the top tier of your team.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and closing skills . Self-starter with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset and a passion for sales success.
