Overview Talkiatry is a clinician‑led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice. Role Features Fully remote, outpatient telepsychiatry model Flexible scheduling, control over session structure and patient population Full operational support: scheduling, billing, intake coordination and licensing In‑house referral network to therapists Patient Population Children & adolescents (treatment reserved for board‑certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only) Adults Geriatric patients Benefits Employer‑paid health, dental, and vision insurance (up to 100% of premiums) Paid time off (PTO), paid sick time, and 11 paid holidays CME reimbursement and dedicated CME days Qualifications Board‑certified or board‑eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO) Active, unrestricted medical license (multi‑state licensing support available) Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry‑based care Full‑time or part‑time W‑2 employment Compensation Total annual on‑target earnings of $300 k – $350 k +, based on credentials and schedule.
