Medical Admin Assistant I

As a Medical Admin Assistant I at ICON, you will provide essential administrative scopes to the medical team, contributing to the smooth operation of clinical trials, and ultimately, the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.
What You Will Do:
You will take responsibility for executive support and administration deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating medical team meetings and activities.
- Manage and maintain medical documentation and records.
- Coordinate communication and information flow between the medical team and other stakeholders.
- Provide administrative scopes for the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements for the medical team.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant executive support and administration experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or clinical setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to partnership effectively with team members.
- Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
