What You’ll Do

  • Assemble and troubleshoot complex automated systems and client-specific structures, following CAD drawings for conformity

  • Travel to client sites to assemble automation systems and structures

  • Assemble simple to complex hardware parts (actuators, bearings, etc.) with precise, high-quality workmanship

  • Conduct quality inspections and write NCRs when necessary

  • Document work meticulously to support scalability and knowledge transfer

  • Drive continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

  • Lead and mentor junior assemblers; collaborate cross-functionally to refine assembly processes

  • Participate in daily planning and support the fulfillment team with technical questions

  • Perform maintenance on warehouse equipment

  • Keep internal platforms updated and participate in work committees (social, safety, building management)

What You Bring to the Table

  • Completed vocational training (Ausbildung) as Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, or equivalent hands-on technical education

  • 3–5+ years hands-on assembly experience with automated systems, robotics, or complex machinery

  • Proven ability to read and work from CAD drawings

  • Prior experience mentoring or leading a small team

  • Familiarity with quality inspection processes and NCR documentation

  • Comfortable performing basic mechanical/electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment

  • Continuous-improvement mindset; Lean/5S/Kaizen exposure is a plus

  • Fluent English; conversational German (German Fluency is a strong advantage)

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
