MDS Registered Nurse

Franciscan Ministries is seeking an MDS Registered Nurse to coordinate and oversee the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will complete comprehensive resident assessments, ensure accurate and timely MDS submissions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. You will monitor documentation for regulatory compliance, support quality improvement initiatives, and educate staff on MDS standards.
